Together for Short Lives | #ShopFloorHeroes

Last weekend, Hobbycraft stores all over the country hosted a superhero charity event to raise money for Together for Short Lives.

Together for Short Lives is the UK charity for children and young people who have short life expectancies, and Hobbycraft often had events to raise money for the charity.

Last Saturday, Hobbycraft held a 'superhero charity event' where colleagues dressed up as their favourite superhero characters.

Here's a collage that Together For Short Lives put together of some of our #ShopFloorHeroes in their fun outfits or with their amazing makes, and did you know that many of them have made their own costumes or features of their costumes using Hobbycraft products!

And here's a great message to Hobbycraft colleagues from Together for Short Lives:

"Hobbycraft heroes up and down the country used their creative powers to bring fun, joy and laughter to all colleagues and customers, whilst supporting their local children’s hospice. We are blown away by your incredible efforts!"

It's great to see people making an impact on other people's lives, especially young children who have had a tough time... we hope that our #ShopFloorHeroes have brought a smile to many faces!

This week we haven't picked any specific #ShopFloorHeroes as we believe that all colleagues who participated in the charity fundraiser are heroes!

Well done to all Hobbycraft colleagues who came together to dress up and raise money for such an amazing cause, you're all inspirational and you all ROCK!
