Hello and welcome back to our weekly #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost, thanks for tuning back in to see our next instalment! This week we have selected two awesome short conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft stores over the past couple of weeks. It is great to see Hobbycraft store colleagues encouraging conversation with their store's customers and showing some great customer service online.

Our fist conversation comes from Hobbycraft Stockport and began when the customer shared their most recent finished artwork which they completed on a skateboard base.

Store colleague Rebecca has responded promptly to the customer in an encouraging manner. Rebecca has also advised the customer that they would be able to offer he assistance in regards to sealing the artwork with a varnish. The above conversation is also a good example of how customers can seek advice from store colleagues before visiting the store or having to ring the store by phone to enquire. Store colleague Rebecca is-one of our #ShopfloorHeroes! It is great to see that she has used a personal sign-off in the conversation as this allows the customer to know who they are talking to.

Next up we have this short conversation from Hobbycraft Telford:

It is great to see that the store is encouraging their customers to share what they have been making or what they are planning to make in the lead up to Christmas. Telford's customer, Jo, has reached out and mentioned that they are Christmas crafting at the moment. Store colleague Jess has responded in an encouraging manner. She has wished the customer well and has also mentioned that they hope to see Jo in store soon! This is great!
