#ShopFloorHeroes | Paint Pouring Projects!

This week as Hobbycraft stores have got back in the flow of running their workshops we've seen some stunning paint pouring projects emerging!

Hobbycraft Solihull shared this behind the scenes snap of #amazingcolleague Sarah leading a paint pouring workshop. Using this hashtag celebrates Sarah's hard work and highlights her expertise, letting prospective customers know who to contact if they have any questions.

Hobbycraft Stevenage shared this picture of some completed art works from the workshop! This is a great way of sharing finished results and letting other customers know what they could be creating. By adding the link in this tweet it makes it super convenient for followers to book on, exhibiting great customer service skills online.

Hobbycraft Carlisle also shared this behind the scenes shot of Rosemary and Debbie hard at work. By naming the crafters this humanises the workshops and may make others more likely to book on. It is also great to see their use of local hashtags, making it more likely that they will attract crafters in their local area. This is all part of making online customer service more personalised.

Have you ever taken part in a Hobbycraft workshop? And if so which one? Let us know! If not, what new skill would you most like to learn? It's never too late!
