Hello and welcome back to this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost! We hope you have had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend. This week, we wanted to feature some of the awesome broadcasts we have seen over the past week.

Over the past month, we have seen a big focus on inspiration (colleague makes) and news updates from Hobbycraft stores. For this week's blogpost we have selected some of our favourite broadcasts to offer you some inspiration when you are tweeting for your store!

We love this tweet from Hobbycraft Greenwich sharing #amazingcolleague Ines' bauble make. It is great to see the store have asked their customers a question to encourage engagement too!

This tweet from Hobbycraft Gloucester is great as it highlights the amazing talent of store colleagues that the store has to offer. This may in turn encourage followers to reach out and engage with the store whilst asking for advice.

As well as colleague makes, we have also picked out two news update broadcasts. Hobbycraft Falkirk have used a good image of a store colleague and have let their customers know that the store is open for shopping. The store have also used brand and local hashtags in the tweet which is great. It is great to let followers know that colleagues are on hand to offer any assistance when they arrive at the store!

It is always great to see store teams working together. Hobbycraft Yeovil have shared this great image of store colleagues getting click and collect orders ready for their customers. This is a good way to create an engaging tweet as well as update the store's followers with click and collect information.
