Happy Friday, we hope you have all had a good week and thank-you for tuning in to our next #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost! For this week’s post we have selected Hobbycraft Greenwich as our ‘hero store’. The store has shared some good inspiration with their customers and have even shared a video of their project.

The store's initial tweet has sparked some interest amongst their followers. One of the store’s followers has reached out to mention how gorgeous the book spine that the store has created is. Hobbycraft Greenwich have ensured to respond to the follower promptly and ask them if they would like to see the finished result. This is fantastic!

The store has then shared the finished book with their followers.

It is great to see the store sharing their ‘work-in-progress’ as this is a good way to encourage followers to check the store's Twitter at a later time to see the finished result. We are always astounded to see the amazing talent of Hobbycraft’s shop floor colleagues and the make in this conversation is no exception!

Sharing colleague makes is a good way to let local customers know what expertise colleagues have in their local store and also to encourage them to have a go at their own projects and share their progress!
