January is flying by! We had Blue Monday this week but we want to make sure it's a happy Friday by welcoming you back to our #ShopflooHeroes blogpost and sharing some of our favourite broadcasts or conversations from the week from Hobbycraft stores.

This week, we have selected a few of the awesome inspirational tweets that we have seen from various Hobbycraft stores. It has been fantastic to see all of the fantastic talent being shared by store colleagues to keep their customer and followers enthused and inspired during lockdown in the UK.

Here are the three broadcasts that we have selected to share this week:

(Above) Hobbycraft Woking have shared a close up of some knitting their colleague Lindsay has been doing. The store have let their followers know which yarn has been used to create the pattern. Woking have also used a brand and local hashtag which is fantastic as this may be picked up by other individuals in their local area following the #Woking hashtag.

(Above) Store colleague Craig from Hobbycraft Crayford is a very talented cake maker. He has recently made a Harry Potter themed cake which we think is awesome! The store has included an engaging question in their tweet which is great as this may encourage a conversation with a follower.

(Above) Last but my no means least, Hobbycraft Newbury have also shared some awesome crochet. Amazing colleague Sharon has been crafting a pair of gloves and a scarf during lockdown. Again, the store have ensured to let their followers know which Hobbycraft products were used to create the items.

It is great to see stores producing eye-catching and engaging tweets.

Here are some tips to use when creating your own broadcasts:

- Use an eye-catching photo.

- Try to include a question to engage customers.

- Use local hashtags in order to reach out to others in your local area that are following these.
