#ShopfloorHeroes | 19.02.21

February is flying by! Welcome back to another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost. As we do each week, we have selected some of the awesome broadcasts/ conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft stores across the past week to share with you. For this week's post we have selected three of our favourite broadcasts.

As we have mentioned previously, it has been great to see colleagues sharing inspiration for their customers whilst the stores are closed. Hobbycraft Taunton has shared this lovely tweet featuring store colleague Tracey. Tracey is doing some embroidery using products that can be purchased from Hobbycraft. The store have even ensured to link to the ideas hub which is great because this will allow followers wanting to give embroidery a go the access to further information on how to get started.

The following tweet from Hobbycraft Bath also featured a colleague. Mariah is showing off the lovely Shawl she has created using Hobbycraft's "Winner Makes the Shawl" yarn. The store have also used brand suggested hashtags in their tweet which is great!

Last but not least, it has also been great to stores continuing to use news update broadcasts whilst the stores are closed for in-store shopping. We liked this tweet from Hobbycraft Yeovil as it featured a colleague in the photo and also does a good job at letting the store's customers know that the store is still open for click and collect orders!

Hobbycraft Taunton, Bath and Yeovil have done a great job at creating some engaging and eye-catching tweets! We think they rock!
