We've made it to Friday! We are keeping it short and sweet this week but before you sign-off for the weekend we wanted to share some awesome tweets we have seen from Hobbycraft stores over the past week as well as a fab conversation from Hobbycraft Colchester.

It's been great to see store's letting their local customers know which colleagues are working in store. Even though stores are closed at the moment for normal shopping, tweets such as these are great as they let customers know that they can still shop online and opt for click and collect to their local store.

Jade and Carmen from Ipswich have also shared a similar tweet. We have seen many stores use news updates like this to update customers with opening times and how long they have left in the day to collect their orders- this is great!

Moving on, we have seen a few good conversations between stores and their customers over the course of the week- mainly around customer makes. It's great to see store colleagues offering good customer service and advice through Twitter especially whilst the store isn't open for customers to come in and browse.

This short conversation from Hobbycraft Colchester began when the store reached out to the customer to thank them for following. The store has ensured to ask the customer a question which has encouraged some conversation:
