Hello and welcome back to our #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost, although Christmas was a a little different for many this year we hope that you still enjoyed yourself and hopefully had a restful break! For this weeks blogpost, we want to highlight some of the store broadcasts we have seen from our awesome client Hobbycraft recently. We love seeing all of the creative broadcasts from Hobbycraft stores, it is great to see a lot of stores including colleagues in photos too. This is a great way to introduce colleagues and also let customers know which colleagues are working in the store at a time when stores are not open for normal shopping.

The following tweet from Hobbycraft MK is fantastic. The store have shared some good information with their followers on Twitter which will hopefully put customer minds at ease when using the store's click and collect service. The imagery included is also very good too, it is great to see the stores click and collect setup that they have organised.

Again, these two tweets feature some great photos of colleagues. Both of the stores have also directed customers to order online.

We have also selected a couple of inspirational tweets where we have seen stores share colleague makes to offer their customers some ideas for crafty projects during another lockdown in the UK:

Both Stevenage and Eastbourne have used brand compliant and local hashtags in their tweets. We can also see that each store has also included a question, this is good because it may encourage conversation with followers. It is awesome to see the fantastic talent that Hobbycraft colleagues have!

We think that it is super important to highlight the great tweets we have seen from stores as we know that colleagues have worked hard to keep their local customers updated throughout a very unprecedented year.
