Colleague features from Hobbycraft Yeovil | #ShopfloorHeroes

Hello and welcome back to our #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost. Similarly to last week we have selected another 'hero store' to showcase in this week's post. Hobbycraft Yeovil is our 'hero store' for the awesome colleague features they have been sharing over the past week. Colleague features are a fantastic way to let your customers on Twitter know who works in their local store. They can also offer the opportunity to highlight colleague expertise which is useful for customers when reaching out to the store as they may have a project specific question that they can then ask a specific colleague about.

Hobbycraft Yeovil have been sharing some great news updates with their followers regarding the click and collect service that stores are offering at the moment. Sharing what is happening in the shop whilst stores are closed is a great way to keep customers updated and also let them know which colleagues are working to pick and pack their orders!

Yeovil have also ensured to use brand compliant and local hashtags in their tweets. Using local hashtags is a fantastic way to reach out to local individuals who may also be using or following these hashtags.

(Below) Earlier this week, Yeovil also shared this wonderful broadcast featuring store colleague Emma holding one of her recent makes. Emma has decorated a toy box using Posca pens. The store has taken a photo of Emma holding the box and some close ups of the design. This is great as it may encourage followers to have a go at a similar project.
