For this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost we have selected a 'hero store'. Hobbycraft Ipswich have been having some fantastic conversations with their customers on Twitter over the past few weeks. It has been great to see the store build relationships with their customers and show interest and enthusiasm wherever they can.
We have selected two recent conversations from the store to share this week, both began following a broadcasts from the store:

But what is so great about this conversation (above)?
Store colleague Jade has used consistent personal sign-offs throughout which enables the customer to know which store colleague they are talking to.
Jade has responded to the customer promptly, this conversation developed over a 1 day period.
Jade has shown interest in the customer by asking a question to encourage further conversation.

But what is so great about this conversation (above)?
Again, Jade has used personal sign-offs on each of her responses to the customer.
She has ensured to ask a question to encourage further conversation.
Each of Jade's responses are very up-beat!
Additionally it has also been great to see the store using questions in their broadcasts. This is a great way to encourage conversation with followers too:
