The copy of Derby's tweets are very light-hearted and up-beat. This is good to see as it adds personality to the stores Twitter and lets followers know that there are humans behind it.

It's good to shout about offers an products available in store as it may encourage customers to plan a visit and pick up some supplies to have a go at a new craft.
