Hero store: Hobbycraft Wimbledon | #ShopfloorHeroes

Hello and happy Friday! As usual we hope that you have had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend. For this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost we wanted to featured the Hobbycraft Wimbledon as our hero store for the awesome work they have been doing on Twitter in the lead up to the store opening which is set to happen in a couple of weeks.

Store manager Andrew is one of our #ShopfloorHeroes for consistently welcoming the store's new followers on Twitter over the past few weeks, he has taken the time to ask followers questions and has been encouraging them to visit the store when it opens.

Over the past week we have also seen the store begin to introduce their new colleagues on Twitter. Introducing colleagues on Twitter is a great way to let followers know who works in their local store and what expertise they may have!

In the above, its great to see store colleagues James and Chloe holding some of the items that they have expertise in! We always recommend that new stores spend time welcoming followers and introducing colleagues on Twitter as it is a good way to start the Twitter account in a way which encourages engagement.
