Hero store: Hobbycraft Warrington | #ShopfloorHeroes

Hello and welcome back to this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost where we share some of our favourite broadcasts and conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft stores over the past week. This week, we have selected Hobbycraft Warrington as our 'hero store' for the awesome serialised content they have shared featuring one of Hobbycraft's popular products- the three tier storage trolley.

The store have been sharing some great photos showcasing what each of their colleagues uses their storage trolley for. This is an awesome way to inspire customers and also encourage engagement. Warrington have ensured to use questions, an up-beat tone, local, brand and relevant hashtags in each of the following tweets:

The broadcasts that Warrington have shared are great because they allow the store's customers to get to know the colleagues that work in their local store and what their interests may be. For example, from store colleague Sarah's trolley we can see that she likes to do journalling!

The above conversation is awesome as we can see three different colleagues have responded to the customer (Ciara, Emma and Sarah). This is great to see as we can tell that Warrington's store colleagues are well and truly working as a team to best serve their customers on Twitter! They are #ShopfloorHeroes!!
