Hero store: Hobbycraft Rugby | #ShopfloorHeroes

The weeks have been flying by! As it's Friday, we are back with your next #ShopfloorHeroes installment.

For this week's post we have selected a couple of conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft Rugby. It is great to see the store conversing with local makers and getting to know them on Twitter by starting a conversation. Throughout the two conversations, Hobbycraft Rugby have ensured to be super upbeat and have shown interest in both of the makers.

This first conversation began when the cake hive shared that she had been on Twitter for 9 years! Hobbycraft Rugby have responded to the tweet wishing the cake hive a happy 9 year anniversary! The store has then gone on to ask a question to encourage further conversation and build a rapport with the maker.

The store now has a good opportunity to ask the cake hive whether they can feature her work on their page or even start a new conversation to encourage the maker to share some of her work!

The following conversation began when Hobbycraft Rugby shared a tweet from PaperKinsCrafts which featured one of their recent makes. The store has encouraged their followers to click on the link to check out PaperKins page, this is awesome as it is great to see the store supporting their business.

Once again, Rugby has used questions to encourage further conversation with the maker. They have also asked PaperKins to share their future makes. This is great as this will encourage future conversation! The store has also ensured to respond promptly throughout the two conversations.
