Hero Store: Hobbycraft Imperial | #ShopfloorHeroes

Hello there and welcome back to another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost! We hope you have been enjoying the fantastic weather we have been having over the past week and are looking forward to a weekend filled with summer activities. Before you sign-off for the day, we wanted to share some awesome content we have seen from Hobbycraft Imperial over the past few weeks.

Hobbycraft Imperial have been sharing some fantastic broadcasts tweets recently, the broadcasts not only feature some good copy incorporating brand and relevant hashtags but the store have also been featuring some fantastic photos to showcase products and colleagues in their tweets.

Product features

(Below) In these two examples, Hobbycraft Imperial have created an eye-catching product tweet by using colourful imagery, useful information and an engaging questions. The store have captured some great product displays around the store which translate fantastically on Twitter as they can offer customers inspiration and let them know what products are currently available/ on offer in their local store.

Colleague features

(Below) Additionally we have also seen some wonderful colleague features from the store, it is great to see that Imperial are encouraging their colleagues to be featured on the store's Twitter account. Featuring colleagues works to create a more human and eye-catching tweet. It is also a good opportunity for the store to introduce their colleagues to their followers on Twitter and let their local customers know who works in the store.

Imperial have even included some of the benefits of the products in each of their tweets, this is great as it gives customers/ followers useful information that may encourage them to pop into store and purchase the product.
