Hero Store: Hobbycraft Belfast Boucher | #ShopfloorHeroes

Happy Friday! It is time fo another #ShopfloorHeroes blog where we feature some of the awesome content we have seen from Hobbycraft stores over the past week.

This week we wanted to share some of the fantastic broadcasts and conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft Belfast Boucher over the past few weeks in the build up to their opening. We did feature them a few weeks ago but we have been very impressed with all of the wonderful content they have been sharing to build up excitement for the store opening later this month.

The store have been sharing some great colleague features to introduce their colleagues over the past few weeks, here are just a few that we have seen:

(Above) It is great to see that the store have taken some great images of their colleagues and have ensured to consider the background of their photos. Introducing a colleague is a great way to let followers on Twitter know what expertise is in their local store.

Belfast Boucher have also been sharing some great news updates. News updates are very useful for new stores as they can share a countdown to when the store is opening and provide potential customers with general updates.

(Above) It is great to see that the store is also making use of video content to create fun and engaging tweets to share!

Belfast Boucher have also ensured to use consistent hashtags in all of their broadcasts. Using local hashtags is a great way to engage with individuals in the local area that are using and following the same hashtags.

Last but by no means least we have also seen the store have some great conversations with their followers, here is just one example:

In this conversation, Heather has reached out to Belfast Boucher to let them know that she is excited for the opening. Store colleague Karen has ensured to respond promptly within the same day and has asked the customer a question to encourage further conversation! It is great to see the store sharing the customers excitement and building up a rapport prior to the opening.
