#ShopfloorHeroes | 09.10.20

Hello and welcome back to our weekly #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost!

Before we sign-off for the weekend, we are back with some more awesome content we have seen from Hobbycraft stores on Twitter over the past week.

For this week's blogpost we have selected Hobbycraft Colchester as our hero store for the lovely conversations they have been having with their customers recently. The following conversation began when Hobbycraft Colchester shared a photo of their delivery truck and encouraged their followers to reach out and enquire about any stock they were waiting for.

Store colleague Alex C has used personal sign-offs throughout the conversation which Is great as this adds a more personal feel and allows the customer to know who they are talking to.

Although the store did not have the item that the customer was looking for, Alex C has still encouraged them to have a go at making some velvet pumpkins themselves. This is awesome!

We have also picked out a couple of 'welcoming new followers' tweets from the store. This is a great way to encourage a conversation with new followers and get to know what crafts they like doing:

The colleagues at Hobbycraft Colchester are #ShopfloorHeroes!

Why not try welcoming your new followers on Twitter? Why not try and include a question to encourage conversation and build a rapport with your customers.
