Hello and welcome back to our weekly #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost!

This week we have selected the new Hobbycraft Taunton store as our hero store for the awesome broadcasts they have been sharing in the lead up to their store opening which is happening later this month.

The store have been introducing their colleagues on Twitter which is fantastic as it enables customers to get to know who works in their local store before they visit.

It is great to see the store highlighting the various expertise of each colleague as this may encourage customers to come into store and talk to specific colleagues about their crafting.

As part of the store opening the store are also hosting a hide and find rock activity in their local area, this has encouraged some engagement on the store's Twitter which is awesome:

It is great to see local customers getting involved in this activity and engaging with the store on Twitter. Store colleague Ellie has ensured to promptly respond to the customer and share some useful information, great use of personal sign-offs too!
