It's that time of the week again! We are back with another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost to share with you. It's been a few weeks since we have seen many shop floor workers return to shops following stores reopening. The awesome stores at Hobbycraft have jumped straight back on to Twitter and have been sharing some fantastic content with their local followers at store level.

This week, we wanted to focus on broadcasts. We have selected three of our favourites from the past week. Hobbycraft Eastbourne, Loughton and Stevenage have been sharing some great content with their followers.

This product feature/ offer broadcast from Hobbycraft Eastbourne is great because it features a store colleague. A store colleague feature is a great way to add a more personal touch to a Twitter timeline and also offers a good opportunity to let customers know who is working in their local store.

Hobbycraft Eastbourne have also ensured to use some local hashtags in their tweet, this is awesome as it may then reach individuals in the local area who are following or using these hashtags.

Store colleague Millie who has composed the tweet has ensured to use a question to encourage conversation with followers. It is always great to see stores sharing the amazing talent of the colleagues that work in store.

This last broadcast comes from Hobbycraft Stevenage. This tweet features store colleague Abbie showcasing some of her favourite products that are in store at the moment. The store have also used some brand suggested hashtags which is great.
