#ShopfloorHeroes | 17.07.20

Welcome back and happy Friday! We love sharing the awesome broadcasts and conversations Hobbycraft store's are having with their customers on Twitter and this week is no exception. This week, Hobbycraft Newtownabbey is our hero store for the fantastic conversations they have been having with their local customers.

This short conversation is in regard to a customer's makes:

Newtownabbey have ensured to ask their customers an engaging question in their initial broadcast tweet, this has then encouraged a conversation with a customer. The customer has even gone on to share a photo of their progress.

Store colleague Ellis has ensured to respond promptly throughout the conversation and has also used a personal sign of which is great as it lets the customer know who they are talking to.

We have also seen the store share some awesome broadcasts over the past couple of weeks that showcase some of the amazing talent of store colleagues:

It is great to see colleagues featured in broadcasts as it creates a more human and personal feel to the store's Twitter account. Showcasing products by sharing what colleagues have made with them is a great way to inspire customers.

The store consistently use brand recommended hashtags as well as local ones. Local hashtags are a good way to reach out to followers/ potential followers in the local area that are following and using these hashtags.
