#ShopfloorHeroes- Employee appreciation day | 06.03.20

If you didn't already know, today is Employee appreciation day! Employee appreciation day is a day for companies to thank their employees for their hard work throughout the year. As you know, at SocialRetail Group we love to celebrate our clients and their awesome shop floor colleagues and recognise the great content that colleagues create to share on Twitter. We appreciate the time and effort colleagues put in to having conversations and providing great customer service to the store's customers on Twitter. We are keen to highlight and celebrate these in our #ShopfloorHeroes blogposts each week.

This week we will be highlighting some of the awesome broadcasts we have seen from Hobbycraft store's recently featuring colleagues. We have picked out a handful of broadcasts to share this week, we love seeing store colleagues featured in tweets as it allows the store's followers to get to know the colleagues that work in their local store.

Including a photo of a store colleague in your tweets is a great way to share your appreciation for your colleagues and celebrate the expertise that they may have to offer. Each of the stores featured in the above tweets has also ensured to use local hashtags which is fantastic as it enables them to reach out to individuals in their local area that are also using these hashtags or following them.
