Hobbycraft Newtownabbey rock!

Friday has come around once again and we have some more awesome shop-floor conversations to share with you! This week's conversations are all about the great inspiration that store's have been sharing with their customers through Twitter.

Sharing colleagues makes through broadcasts is a great way to encourage your store's local customers to engage in conversation and even have a go at a new craft themselves. Store colleagues Anne and Irene from Hobbycraft Newtownabbey are our #ShopfloorHeroes this week for the awesome conversations they have been having with the store's customers on Twitter.

We have selected a couple of conversations which began when the store shared some photos of colleague makes:

Store colleague Irene has ensured to respond promptly within the same day to the customer. She has also used questions in her responses to encourage further conversation which is great to see. Irene has been very encouraging towards the customer which helps to build a good rapport.

Store colleague Anne has also ensured to respond promptly to the customer meaning that this conversation has developed over a one day period. Again Anne has used questions to encourage further conversation which is fantastic!

It is also great to see that in both of these conversations, the colleague who has created the item featured in the broadcast has actually responded to the corresponding conversation. This enables the colleague to further share any expertise if needed with the customer.

We love seeing all of the creations that talented colleagues from Hobbycraft have made. It's an awesome way to show customers the types of expertise that is in their local store.
