Can you believe it's the end of January already! This month has flown by! For this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost we wanted to stay on the theme of conversations and feature another awesome conversation one of the Hobbycraft stores had with their customer over the past week.

Store colleague Anna from Hobbycraft Stratford-upon-Avon is one of our #ShopfloorHeroes this week for the awesome conversations she has been having on Twitter on behalf of the store.

This conversation began from a product feature broadcast which featured some of the acrylic paint currently on offer in store. Stafford-upon-Avon have encouraged their customers to share some photos of their creations using acrylic paint, this is fantastic as it has encouraged the store's customer- The ARC Shed to respond and share a photo of their make.

As the conversation develops, store colleague Anna has ensured to ask the customer plenty of questions to find out more about them and build a relationship. The customer has even gone on to enquire whether the store have an art space in-store in which she could hold a workshop. This is great as this conversation may potentially result in a store visit!

But what makes Anna one of our #ShopfloorHeroes? Anna has ensured to respond to the customer promptly meaning this conversation has developed over a 1 day period. Anna has also ensured to use consistent personal sign-offs throughout the entire conversation and has also used questions to encourage further conversation.

As an added bonus this week, we wanted to feature a couple of awesome broadcasts we have come across recently. Hobbycraft MK have consistently been creating some great broadcasts for their store's Twitter. As you can see they have put a lot of effort into the photo itself! It's awesome to see store colleagues being featured on the store's timeline.
