Welcome back to this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost! We hope you all had a good Christmas and are excited for the New Year, this will be our last blogpost of 2019!

Much like last week, we wanted to share a few more of the festive broadcasts we have seen from stores over the Christmas period. We have selected three of our favourite tweets that stores have shared wishing their customers Merry Christmas.

We love this photo of the management team at Hobbycraft Eastbourne! It's great to see store's wishing their customers Merry Christmas.

Store colleague Tracey was also featured in last week's blogpost for her awesome festive costumes.

It is great to see the store using local and brand compliant hashtags in their tweets.

Hobbycraft Falkirk have updated their customers with what's going on in the store and have reminded them when the store was closing before Christmas incase their customers needed to pop in for some last minute gifts.

Using Twitter is a great way to keep your customers updated with what is going on in their local store especially over seasonal periods such as Christmas.
