Can you believe it's nearly Christmas and we're nearly at the end of 2019!
For this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost we wanted to keep it festive and share some of the awesome broadcasts we have seen over the past week which feature colleagues in their festive attire.

This tweet from Hobbycraft Havant is awesome! We can't believe that Fiona has knitted her Christmas outfit. Sharing colleague makes is a great way to inspire customers and also let them know what expertise store colleagues have in their local store. Fiona looks awesome in this festive outfit!
This broadcast from Hobbycraft Guiseley features store colleagues Jan and Cheryl dressed up in Christmas themed outfits. The store have ensured to encourage their followers to pop into store to see the rest of the teams' outfits which is great!
We love the effort that store colleague Tracey has put in to this festive themed costume! Again, sharing colleague makes is an awesome way to inspire your store's local customers and also get them into the Christmas spirit.
Here are some tips to consider when broadcasting on Twitter for your store:
Including a photo of a store colleague or customer in a broadcast is a great way to make your tweet more exciting and eye-catching. We have loved seeing all the festive broadcasts from Hobbycraft stores over the past few weeks!
Including local and brand hashtags will help your store engage with your local community, especially with other local individuals that may be using these hashtags.
Why not include a question in your broadcast? This is a great way to encourage conversation with your customers.
