Happy Black Friday everyone! We’re sure you're itching to finish work and pick up some of those Black Friday deals but before you do, why not check out this week’s #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost from our awesome client, Hobbycraft.

This week we have selected a lovely Christmas themed conversation from Hobbycraft Chester. The conversation shows what a great rapport the store have with the customer. Store colleague Emma has shown interest in the customer and has even shared a little bit of information about herself which adds a nice personal touch to the conversation.

This conversation began when Hobbycraft Chester shared a short video of the ‘Hobbycraft Chester Christmas tree’ they have decorated which is being displayed at Chester Cathedral over the Christmas period.

The store’s follower, The Baking Nanna, has responded mentioning that her tree looks the same as the one decorated by the store. Store colleague Emma has promptly replied with a question to encourage further conversation with the customer.

It’s great to see store’s getting involved in local events. Chester have encouraged their customers to head over to the Cathedral to have a look at the tree they have decorated.

We have also seen Hobbycraft Chester getting involved in some other local events recently which they have been sharing on the store’s Twitter page.
