#ShopfloorHeroes | 08.11.19
This week we have selected an awesome conversation to share with you. Store colleague Deb from Hobbycraft Solihull is one of our #ShopfloorHeroes this week as she has been having some great conversations on Twitter with the store's customers.
This conversation began when the store shared a photo of some of the products they have in store as part of their inspirational ideas of what to create in the build up to Christmas.

Why is Deb a shop floor hero?
-Deb has ensured to use personal sign-offs throughout the conversation. This enables the customer to know which store colleague they are talking to.
-She has shown some good customer service by sharing a photo of some pyrography created by store colleague Amy with the customer.
-Deb has also ensured to respond to the customer as promptly as possible.
This conversation is great as it has potentially led to a store visit. Deb has given the customer the details for a demo happening in store and has ensured to encourage the customer to come along to the demo. We can see that there is a good rapport between the store and the customer, Deb could now start a new conversation following the demo on Saturday and ask the customer to share any photos if she has had a go herself.
Store colleague Deb from Hobbycraft Solihull ROCKS!
