Hobbycraft Eastbourne ROCKS!

For this week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost we are bringing you another hero store. Over the past few week's Hobbycraft Eastbourne have created some fantastic broadcast content to share with their local customers. Much like in last week's #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost where we saw Hobbycraft Newbury introducing their colleagues, Hobbycraft Eastbourne have also been doing this!

It is great to see a store actively refreshing and reminding their customers who works in their local store and sharing what expertise the particular colleague has.

What makes these broadcasts so great?

Hobbycraft Eastbourne have ensured to use local and brand compliant hashtags as well as some great photos of colleagues. The photos they have used are great quality! Eastbourne have carefully thought about the background of each image by including products that each store colleague is knowledgeable about.
