Another week has passed, it's Friday again and we have another #ShopfloorHeroes blogpost for you!

- It is always great to see store colleagues featured in tweets as this can let your local following know who works in their local store and what expertise they may have. Colleague features can also help to make broadcasts look more visually pleasing and may encourage followers to engage with the post.

- Hobbycraft Milton Keynes consistently use brand approved hashtags as well as local hashtags for their area. Local hashtags are a great way to reach out to Twitter users in your area that may be following or using these hashtags.

-Milton Keynes have also ensured to use questions in some of their broadcasts, this is a great way to encourage engagement and start a conversation with your followers.
