#ShopfloorHeroes | 09.08.2019
It's that time of the week again where we celebrate #ShopfloorHeroes and share some of our favourite broadcasts and conversations that we have seen from the week!
This week's shop floor hero is store colleague Kerry from Hobbycraft Derby for offering some great customer service through Twitter. This conversation is a great example of how sharing product features and offers on a store's local twitter account can encourage followers to make a visit in to their local store.
This conversation began from a broadcast which features the Crayola offer that Hobbycraft currently have on. Hobbycraft Derby's customer, Liz, has reached out to her local store to enquire about the packaging of the pencils.

- Kerry has shown good customer service by providing the customer with the information that they need in regards to the Crayola pencils and has also gone the extra mile to take a photo of the items to share with the customer.
- It is great to see that Kerry has also ensured to offer to put the products aside for the customer if needed.
