#ShopfloorHeroes | 03.05.19

This week we will be looking at some of the great broadcast we have seen from Hobbycraft store's across the week featuring #ShopfloorHeroes.

In each of these examples the Hobbycraft stores have ensured to include a photo of one of their colleagues as a feature in their broadcast. This is a great way to make a tweet stand out and can even contribute to helping you engage with your customers.

Banbury, Solihull and Coventry have all ensured to use local and brand compliant hashtags in their broadcasts. This enables them to reach their local communities and appeal to their local customers who may be using or watching these hashtags.

It is great to see store colleagues holding and recommending products as this enables customers to understand what expertise store-colleagues may have. This then may encourage conversations as customers can reach out to their local store through Twitter and enquire about specific products and projects.

Hobbycraft Tamworth and Milton Keynes have both used a question in their broadcasts. This is a great tool to encourage conversation whilst also encourage followers into store to find out more.

Here are a few of our top tips you can use when creating your own broadcast tweet on the shop-floor:

-Use a photo (if possible try to include a store colleague).

-Include a question.

-Include local and brand compliant hashtags.
