#ShopfloorEngage Favourites | 19.04.19
Happy Good Friday! For this week's #ShopfloorEngage favourites we will be looking at a couple of recent conversations we have seen from Hobbycraft Solihull and will be focusing on how stores can successfully build a good relationship with their customers.
Store colleague Caroline is one of our #ShopfloorHeroes as she consistently has some great conversations with the store's customers through Twitter.
Here are some conversations we have seen recently, the following conversation is in regards to a customer make. The customer has reached out to Solihull to share their completed crochet unicorn.

The conversation below comes from a local school who received some donated items from Hobbycraft Solihull for their pupils to create some Easter bonnets. The store has mentioned Solihull in their original broadcast and has thanked them for the donations.

Caroline has prompted Mrs Ward to share their makes using the donated products, this is great as it has resulted in another conversation.

Why are these conversation our #ShopfloorEngage favourites?
Store colleague Caroline consistently remembers to use personal sign-offs when she is responding to customers. This is fantastic because it allows the customer to know who they are talking to on Twitter.
Caroline also uses questions in her responses, this is a great way to encourage further engagement with your customers. It is also a great opportunity to find out more about the customer and show interest in their makes.
Caroline also ensures to use phrases such as 'we' instead of 'I' as she is talking on behalf of the store.
