Happy 2019! We are back this week with a brand new #ShopfloorEngage favourite featuring some of the great broadcasts we have seen during the festive period.

We have loved seeing store's wish their customers a Merry Christmas as this gives a more personal feel to the store's Twitter!

Sharing store colleagues in broadcast tweets is a great way to let your customers know who works in their local store and what crafting expertise they may have. It is also a great way to introduce new products in a fun and interesting way.
Why are these our favourites this week?
-Good use of questions to encourage engagement from customers.
-Colleague features.
-Use of local and brand hashtags.
-An up-beat and friendly tone has been used in the broadcasts which will hopefully encourage local customers to come into store and meet the team.
