#ShopfloorEngage Favourites (05.10.18)

For our #ShopfloorEngage favourite this week we will be focusing on some of the fantastic broadcasts we have seen from Hobbycraft stores.

This week's focus will be on sharing customer's creations and supporting your local following.

Below are some examples of Hobbycraft stores showing their support towards their customers craft skills by sharing their creations. Hobbycraft Orpington have even included a photo of their customer holding their finished make which is great to see.

These are our #ShopfloorEngage favourites this week as they show individual stores supporting their local customers as well as encouraging other customers to share their makes. By celebrating your local customers it helps to build a strong relationship between the customer and the store which will leave your customers feeling valued and appreciated.

These great examples will also help to encourage other customers to get involved in a new craft and potentially come into store to do so.

Sharing your customer's creations is also a great excuse to share what products you have in store that other customers could use to recreate the make.
